Making red beans & rice 4 dinner, in the crockpot. I used maple sausage vs reg & let me tell ya, I’m getting a contact high from the smell.

Feeling a little kicked in the teeth, today. And, my regular post-work, Saturday headache is not helping me, either. Wish it was a hang-over

2nite will be bittersweet. I’m not just going 2 miss karaoke. I’m going 2 miss hanging out w/cool-a** peeps!

Someone asked me if I was nuts to settle on my current life…truth is, this life could be so much worse & I have lots to be thankful for.

I took a day off the web, yesterday. I took care of household stuff & played a new game (Plants vs Zombies). Totally neglected the web.

I think this came out quite nicely.

I’m ready to fling off the crap of the last week @ move on with a fresh outlook & perspective. Today is going to be a good day.

I will be OK. I have survivd far worse than this wk has thrown @ me & I will triumph over the adversity that has been laid in front of me.

Now my laptop has taken a perm vacation…I hate to ask, but what the heck is next: swine flu? Aarrgghh!
